46. Shifting Your Health and Wellness Routine When Life Changes
We all have been there. You are on a roll with your eating and workouts. You have your week planned just right. Then suddenly, life happens. Someone gets sick, your schedule gets turned upside down, and your routine is no longer the priority. We tell ourselves we will get right back to it when things finally calm down. Yet, we can find ourselves defeated, tired, and unmotivated so we give up our entire routine! The inflammation creeps back in and we feel awful. It is time to rid your life of this vicious cycle. This does not need to be your normal! It is possible to hold on to your healthy habits while the waves of life are crashing around you!
